ASMAN TECHNOLOGY presents AERIO in its TELOPS configuration at the National Methane Days on 21 and 22 September 2022 at CNES Paris

ASMAN TECHNOLOGY and Telops are presenting their joint AERIO solution to combat global warming at the Journées Nationales Méthane, organised at the CNES. Their common strength is to combine hyper-spectral cameras developed by Telops and light ULM class aircraft modified and operated by ASMAN TECHNOLOGY. This offer aims to locate and quantify methane emissions on gas transport networks managed by operators via the use of an aerial vector that is less intrusive than a helicopter (less noise, higher altitude flight) and offers a much better carbon footprint (lower fuel consumption); a first step before integration into an electric light aircraft!

ASMAN TECHNOLOGY is distinguished by the Agence de l'Innovation de Défense (AID) and the DGA (Direction Générale de l'Armement).

The AID published on 27/04/2022 a long article detailing the operational gains of integrating in a FENNEC helicopter an AERODATALINK bi-directional high-speed data link combined with a TC-300 optronic turret, both controlled from the air or from the ground.

Video broadcasting is done either via the direct line of sight link (120km range) or via the LTE/4G network (especially when the helicopter is at very low altitude or out of radio coverage). The ground station is used independently. It is also interfaced with the networks used by the intervention teams and it is integrated into the command chain (via rugged tablets, access to a secure server, etc.). All the equipment supporting this experiment was developed, supplied, integrated and installed by ASMAN TECHNOLOGY with the support of the 5/67 Alpilles and 3/67 Parisis helicopter squadrons of the French Air Force, the CEAM Air Warfare Center and the DGA EV - Flight Tests teams.

The TC-300 optronic turret is a product of Trakka Systems. For France, it is distributed and maintained by ASMAN TECHNOLOGY.

ASMAN TECHNOLOGY qualifies a solution for gas leak detection by drone

The Services Industriels de Genève (SIG) entrusted ASMAN TECHNOLOGY with a mission of experimentation of "remote detection of possible methane leaks" from a multicopter drone equipped with smart sensors.

ASMAN TECHNOLOGY receives an innovation award

ASMAN TECHNOLOGY is very proud to have been selected by GRTgaz, via its Open Innovation Factory, to "identify a solution for remote detection of gas leaks on transportation networks".

ASMAN TECHNOLOGY has reached a new stage in its development. After 4 years on the Pons-Avy airfield, the company is the first to move into the business incubator dedicated to aeronautics created by Haute-Saintonge (Charente-Maritime) in partnership with AIRBUS Développement.

Successful flight on F406

Upon AVANTIX request, ASMAN TECHNOLOGY has integrated a air-to-ground link on the F406 of AVDEF.

The french Defence Procurement Agency (DGA) has awarded ASMAN Technology the OER DIRECTCAM project aiming to experiment a real-time bidirectional datalink transmission system between a Fennec helicopter and its ground segment. To do this, an AeroDataLink datalink will be interfaced with an optronic camera. For this contract, our multi-expertise design office has specified an installation without modification of the Fennec.
